Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established between the SELLER below and the BUYER placing an order through corbaci.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Buyer: the consumer who places an order on corbaci.com by using the 'Order via WhatsApp' button.

2. Definitions

• PRODUCT: food products sold through corbaci.com
• SELLER: the company identified above
• BUYER: the natural or legal person purchasing the product

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms of sale, delivery, payment and cancellation for orders placed by the BUYER via WhatsApp through the corbaci.com website.

4. Product Information

The type, quantity and price of the ordered product(s) are clearly communicated to the BUYER on the website and/or via WhatsApp at the time of ordering.

All prices include VAT and have been viewed and confirmed by the BUYER before order confirmation.

5. Order and Formation of the Agreement

The BUYER is directed to the SELLER's WhatsApp line by pressing the 'Order via WhatsApp' button on corbaci.com.

The agreement is deemed formed when the SELLER confirms the order by message.

6. Price and Payment

Payment is made by one of the following methods:

• Cash on delivery: by cash or card at the time of delivery
• Bank transfer/EFT: to the IBAN provided by the SELLER after order confirmation

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days.

Delivery is made by our own courier or a contracted shipping company.

Any shipping/delivery fee, if applicable, is communicated to the BUYER at the time of ordering.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

The withdrawal notice must be sent in writing (by e-mail or WhatsApp) to the SELLER.

The conditions below apply to food products.

9. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Freshly prepared, perishable food products prepared daily (fresh trotter soup etc.)
• Products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return on hygiene or health grounds
• Frozen products whose cold chain has been broken

10. Returns for Frozen Products

For frozen products, a return may be requested within 14 days of delivery provided that the original packaging is unopened and the cold chain has been maintained.

Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

11. General Provisions

• The BUYER has been informed in advance about the product details, price and delivery terms before placing an order.
• If payment is not made or the transfer is not confirmed, the SELLER's delivery obligation does not commence.
• The SELLER may cancel an order in the event of stock or supply shortage; in such cases the BUYER will be notified.

12. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data such as name, address and phone number shared during the ordering process are used solely for delivery and communication purposes.

13. Disputes and Competent Authorities

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction.

14. Entry into Force

By placing an order on corbaci.com, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
